Charles began custom home framing in 1982, soon expanding his talents to interior and exterior finish, electrical, plumbing and mechanical work.  He believes knowledge of all other trades is crucial to understanding custom home building and keeps up with changing technologies and evolving products. Charles specializes in intricate angles and cuts, roof framing, stairs, and arches and believes that positive, congenial interaction is key to success!

With over 20 years of construction experience, Henry has led teams to the successful completion of many projects. From homes to offices and public buildings, his vast knowledge allows him to be detail-oriented while managing a large crew. Being 

bi-lingual with experience in carpentry, machining, plumbing, electrical and painting, he is able to effectively communicate with employees, architects, engineers,  superintendents, and owners.

MANAGEMENT TEAM

Michael started Castro Construction in 1998 building arbors, fences, and decks. With the high quality of his work, he soon found himself managing remodels and larger projects. Michael grew his company and started framing large, estate-style homes in Pebble Beach and Los Gatos. His main focus is quality construction, customer service and budget. In his spare time, he enjoys surfing, hiking, traveling, and spending time with his three daughters.
